The software is packed into a single jar file, you can download it here [download Moon Task executable jar].
It is an executable jar so you can execute it by typing "java -jar moontask.jar" in the console.
Please also download this DLL file if you want system tray support [TrayIcon12.dll], just save it to the directory where moontask.jar is located.
If you'd like an installer, I have just created one using the helpful Visual Paradigm IDE (my favourite IDE).
